The brazed plate heat exchanger brings the mediums of different temperatures close enough until they are isolated only by channel plate, allowing the heat pass quite efficiently from one medium to the other.

Technical Requirement (Type No: NFB3-014)

1. The product is designed, produced and inspected according to NB/T 47045-2015;

2. Design pressure: 3.0MPA, test pressure: 4.5MPA, design temperature:-196~225 ‘C;

3. The plate material is 316L, and the straightness of the plate package is s 2 L/1000;

4. Single heat exchange area: 0.014 square meters;

5. The dimensional tolerance not noted shall comply with GB/T 1804-M.

For general plate heat exchanger selection, the following parameters are required:

1. Heat source inlet temperature, outlet temperature, flow rate;

2. Cold source inlet temperature, outlet temperature, flow rate;

3. What is the medium of the heat and cold sources respectively;
