Description
The PTC coolant heater is mainly used to heat the passenger compartment, defrost and defog the windows, or preheat the battery of the battery thermal management system to meet corresponding regulations and functional requirements.

Product Detail
According to the voltage requirement of 600V, the PTC sheet is 3.5mm thick and TC210 ℃, which ensures good withstand voltage and durability. The internal heating core of the product is divided into four groups, which are controlled by four IGBTs.
Air conditioning control framework
In order to ensure the protection grade of the product IP67, insert the heating core assembly into the lower base obliquely, cover the (Serial No. 9) nozzle sealing ring, and then press the outer part with the pressing plate, and then put it on the lower base (No. 6) is sealed with pouring glue and sealed to the upper surface of D-type pipe. After assembling other parts, the sealing gasket (No. 5) is used between the upper and lower bases to ensure the good waterproof performance of the product.

◆ Life cycle 8 years or 200,000 kilometers;
◆ The cumulative heating time in the life cycle reaches up to 8000 hours;
◆ When powered on, the heater can work for up to 10,000 hours (communication is in working mode);
◆ Up to 50,000 power cycles;
◆ The heater can be connected to low voltage and normal power throughout its life cycle.(Usually refers to the situation where the battery has not lost power; the heater will enter sleep mode after the car is turned off);
◆ Provide high-voltage power to the heater when starting the vehicle heating mode;
◆ The heater can be placed in the engine room, but it cannot be placed within 75mm of components that continuously generate heat and have a temperature exceeding 120°C.
