The PTC coolant heater not only provides heat for the new energy vehicle, it also provides heat for other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (e.g. the battery). The high voltage coolant heater is installed in a water-cooled circulation system. In the water-cooled circulation system, the antifreeze is heated electrically and internally by a warm air core. PWM regulation is used to drive the IGBT for power regulation. The electric water heater is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 350V.

Description

The PTC coolant heater not only provides heat for the cockpit of the new energy vehicle, it also provides heat for other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (e.g. the battery). The electric parking heater is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 350V, the PTC sheet is 2.4mm thick and Tc220°C to ensure good voltage resistance and durability, the product has 2 groups of internal heating cores and 2 IGBT controls. The PTC coolant heater is installed in a water-cooled circulation system. In the water-cooled circulation system, the antifreeze is heated electrically and internally by a warm air core. PWM regulation is used to drive the IGBT for power regulation.
