6KW High Voltage Coolant Heater for Electric Vehicle
Product Description
High voltage coolant heater is specially designed for new energy vehicles (electric vehicles). The PTC liquid heater heats the entire electric vehicle, providing heat to the cockpit of the new energy vehicle and meeting safety defrost and defogging standards. The PTC heater can also heat other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (such as the battery). The heating element is arranged in the liquid flow channel of the component, and the heat is brought to the heat exchanger in the air outlet channel by circulating the heated liquid, and the air is heated directly through the heat exchanger and blown into the car cabin.

The PTC coolant heater is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 618V, the PTC sheet is 3.5mm thick and Tc210°C to ensure good voltage resistance and durability.
