The PTC coolant heater is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 618V, the PTC sheet is 3.5mm thick and Tc210°C to ensure good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core component of the product is in 4 groups and is controlled by 4 IGBTs. In order to ensure the product’s protection level IP67, the product heating core component is fitted into the lower base, where it is sealed with potting glue and potted to the upper surface of the D-tube. After assembling the other components, a gasket is used to seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure that the product is waterproof.
