Function Description

①Complete the command input from the air conditioning panel.
②The air conditioner panel sends the user’s operation command to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.
③After the water heating PTC controller receives the command signal, it turns on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.

Advantage

The product is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 618V, the PTC sheet is 3.5mm thick and Tc210°C to ensure good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core component of the product is in 4 groups and is controlled by 4 IGBTs.

In order to ensure the product’s protection level IP67, the product heating core component is fitted into the lower base, where it is sealed with potting glue and potted to the upper surface of the D-tube. After assembling the other components, a gasket is used to seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure that the product is waterproof.
