Description

The high voltage coolant heater is a heater used in new energy vehicles. The high voltage coolant heater provides heat to the cockpit of a new energy vehicle for defrosting and defogging. The high voltage coolant heater can also heat other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (e.g. the battery). The high voltage coolant heater both defrosts and defogs and protects the new energy vehicle  battery. The high voltage coolant heater is suitable for electric vehicles with rated power of 8kw and voltage range of 323-552v.

1. Rated voltage: 430VAC (323-552VAC/50Hz&60Hz, three-phase four-wire power supply), inrush current I≤30A;

2. Rated power: 8KW±10%W&12L/min&water temperature: 40(-2~0)℃. In the workshop test, it is tested separately in three gears, according to DC260V, 12L/min & water temperature: 40(-2~0)℃, power: 2.6(±10%)KW, each group of flushing flow <15A, maximum water inlet temperature is 55℃, protection temperature is 85℃;

3. Under normal conditions, the insulation resistance between the heater shell and the electrode is ≥200MΩ (1000VDC/3S), insulation withstand voltage: 1800VAC/3s, leakage current ≤10mA (high voltage end); 600VAC/3s, leakage current <5mA (low voltage end) .

4. Ambient temperature: -40~105℃; Ambient humidity: 5%~90%RH; Medium: 50% water/50% ethylene glycol;

5. Heater weight: 3.7±0.1Kg;

6. Heater protection grade: IP67;

7. Heater air tightness: apply pressure 0.6MPa, test for 3min, the leakage is less than 500Pa;

8. Prohibited substances should meet the requirements of 2011/65/EU ROHS and 2000/53/EC ELV;

9. The flame retardant performance implements GB/T2408-2008, which meets the level of HB for horizontal combustion and V-0 for vertical combustion;

10.EMC meets the requirements of IEC61000-6-2 and IEC61000-6-4;

11. Requirements for non-metallic materials:

a. VOC implements VDA277, meets TOC<50g C/g, benzene<5g/g, toluene<5g/g, xylene<15g/g;

b. Formaldehyde implements VDA275 and meets <5mg;

c. Smell implement VDA270, meet ≤3 @ 23℃&40℃, ≤3.5@80℃;

d. The fog implements DIN75201B and meets <5mg;
