Automobile air conditioning device (air conditioning device) is referred to as automobile air conditioner. It is used to adjust and control the temperature, humidity, air cleanliness and air flow in the car compartment to the best state, provide passengers with a comfortable riding environment, reduce travel fatigue, and create good working conditions for the driver. It generally includes refrigeration devices, heating devices and ventilation devices.
The vehicle air conditioner refrigeration system consists of a compressor, condenser, liquid storage dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower. The components are connected to form a closed system with copper tubes (or aluminum tubes) and high-pressure rubber tubes. When the refrigeration system is working, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states. Each cycle has four basic processes:
(1) Compression process: The compressor inhales the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas at the outlet of the evaporator, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas and discharges it from the compressor.
(2) Heat dissipation process: The high-temperature and high-pressure superheated refrigerant gas enters the condenser. Due to the decrease in pressure and temperature, the refrigerant gas condenses into liquid and discharges a large amount of heat.
(3) Throttling process: After the refrigerant liquid with high temperature and pressure passes through the expansion device, its volume increases, and its pressure and temperature drop sharply, and it is discharged from the expansion device in the form of mist (fine droplets).
(4) Heat absorption process: The mist refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator. Since the boiling point of the refrigerant is much lower than the temperature inside the evaporator, the refrigerant liquid vaporizes into gas. During the vaporization process, it absorbs a large amount of surrounding heat, and then the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor enters the compressor again. The above process is repeated over and over again to achieve the purpose of lowering the temperature of the air around the evaporator.
