When we communicate with RV enthusiasts, it is inevitable to talk about RV air conditioning, which is a very common and tangled topic for many people, we have the RV is basically the whole car bought, many equipment in the end how to work, how to repair later, many car enthusiasts do not know. In this issue, we will take NF air conditioner system for a brief description.
First of all, we should know that the air conditioner in the caravan is divided into the car air conditioner and parking air conditioner. Running air conditioner is the air conditioner that comes with the original car engine when it starts, and it is the air conditioner that is used in the process of driving the vehicle. Parking air conditioner is the vehicle air conditioner used when providing parking. It is generally installed on top of the vehicle, with the external unit outside the vehicle and the internal unit on top of the vehicle. The park top air conditioner raises the height of the caravan by 20-30cm. there are individual manufacturers of park air conditioners that are installed under the seat, because they do not need to change the appearance, and are more suitable for personal modification of friends. Parking air conditioners are divided into heating and cooling air conditioners and single refrigeration air conditioners, whether to choose rooftop air conditioners or bottom-mounted air conditioners?
Overhead air conditioners are more common in RVs, and we can often see the protruding part of the top of the RV, which is the outdoor unit. The working principle of overhead air conditioner is relatively simple, through the compressor on the top of the caravan cooling, through the fan to deliver cold air to the indoor unit. When we need to replace the air conditioner by ourselves or modify the air conditioner by ourselves, we should pay attention to the size of the open frame on the top of the caravan, which must be the same size as the opening at the bottom of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. When modifying the overhead air conditioner, the top waterproof must be done well to prevent water from entering through the gap in rainy days. Generally speaking, top-mounted air conditioners are designed with a water guide, so that the condensate discharged from the outdoor compressor will not seep into the cabin. In addition, in terms of appearance and construction, overhead air conditioners are easier to replace and maintain than bottom-mounted air conditioners, but with the indoor unit on top of the RV, there is a corresponding noise.
