The parking heater is an independent combustion device similar to a boiler, with no direct connection to the engine, it has independent oil, water, electrical and control systems, which can be used to preheat and warm up the vehicle through heat exchange without starting the engine, up to 95 degrees.
After the water heater is turned on, the water pump works first, when the temperature sensor detects that the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the signal is returned and the machine starts to run heating, the point piston and the air supply assembly start to work, the point piston is charged, the oil pump starts to work, the fuel enters the atomization network of the combustion chamber block through the oil pipe, it touches the point piston which is charged, the fuel is ignited and heats the combustion chamber block, thus heating the water jacket around the combustion chamber. The antifreeze in the water jacket around the block is circulated to the desired preheat location.
The water parking heater can be used in fuel cars, caravans (self-propelled caravans, trailer caravans), home and new energy vehicles.
It works in the fuel car: engine work will generate heat, in order to avoid high engine temperature, the car will come with two water circulation system, that is, the cooling system, commonly known as large circulation and small circulation, small circulation link heater and tank, which is why there will be warm air blowing out, when the small circulation temperature rises to about 70 degrees (most are in this temperature) thermostat open, large circulation begins to work on heat dissipation.
And our heater is linked to the water circuit of the small cycle, when the outside temperature is low, the heater works first, through heat exchange to warm up the engine and heater tank, so as to achieve the effect of idle warm-up.
It is mainly used for heating and burning hot water in the RV. In the main heating system, the antifreeze flows directly into the heater through the heater and then back to the heat exchanger to heat the clean water, and the warm air heats up quickly. The main hot water system, antifreeze through the heater directly into the heat exchanger, so that the clean water in the heat exchanger will quickly warm up, through the heat exchange after the water and then into the heater, and then back to the antifreeze tank.
At home, through the heat conversion of the heater heating water into the heat sink, through the cycle and then back to the heater, to achieve the effect of the boiler.
It is similar to fuel cars and RVs in new energy vehicles, using the heater to heat antifreeze to preheat or insulate the corresponding demand points.
