Description

According to the voltage requirement of 600V, the PTC sheet adopts 3.5mm thickness and Tc210℃, which ensures good withstand voltage and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 4 groups, which are controlled by 4 IGBTs.In order to ensure the protection level of the product IP67, the heating core component of the PTC coolant heater is installed into the lower base, sealed with potting glue in the lower base, and potted to the upper surface of the D-shaped tube. After assembling other parts, use a gasket to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the PTC coolant heater.

Air conditioner control framework

①Complete the command input from the air conditioning panel.

②The air conditioner panel sends the user's operation command to the controller through CAN communication or ON/OFF PWM.

③After the water heating PTC controller receives the command signal, it turns on the PTC in PWM mode according to the power requirement.
