Description
The NF GROUP PTC electric heater adopts PTC technology to meet the safety requirements of passenger cars for high voltage.In addition, it can also meet the relevant environmental requirements of components in the engine compartment.
The PTC coolant heater has advantages shown below:

This PTC electric heater is suitable for electric / hybrid / fuel cell vehicles and is mainly used as the main heat source for temperature regulation in the vehicle. The PTC electric heater is applicable to both vehicle driving mode and parking mode. In the heating process, electric energy is effectively converted into heat energy by PTC components. Therefore, this product has faster heating effect than internal combustion engine. At the same time, it can also be used for battery temperature regulation (heating to working temperature) and fuel cell starting load.
Our high-voltage coolant heaters can be used for improving battery energy performance in EVs and HEVs. In addition it allows comfortable cabin temperatures to be generated in a short time enabling a better driving and passenger experience. With high thermal power density and fast response time due to their low thermal mass, these heaters also extend pure electric driving range as they use less power from the battery.
