The PTC coolant heater is mainly used for heating the passenger compartment of new energy vehicles, defrosting and defogging windows, or preheating batteries in battery thermal management systems to meet corresponding regulations and functional requirements. 

The main functions of integrated circuit water heating electric heaters are:

-Control function: The heater control mode is power control and temperature control;

-Heating function: Convert electrical energy into heat energy;

-Interface functions: Heating module and control module energy input, signal module input, grounding, inlet and outlet.

The main attributes of high voltage coolant heater are:

◆Life cycle 8 years or 200,000 kilometers;

◆The cumulative heating time in the life cycle reaches up to 8,000 hours;

◆When powered on, the heater can work up to 10,000 hours (communication is in working mode);

◆Up to 50,000 power cycles;

◆The heater can be connected to low voltage and normal power throughout its life cycle . (Usually refers to the situation where the battery has not lost power; the heater will enter sleep mode after the car is turned off);

◆Provide high-voltage power to the heater when starting the vehicle heating mode;

◆The heater can be placed in the engine room, but it cannot be placed within 75mm of components that continuously generate heat and have a temperature exceeding 120°C.
