What is NF plate heat exchangers?

1. Brazed plate heat exchanger
NF brazed plate heat exchanger consists of a group of corrugated channel plates with filling material between them. In the vacuum brazing process, the filling material forms many abrazing point at each contacting point and those brazing points constitute complicated channels. The brazed plate heat exchanger brings the mediums of different temperatures close enough until they are isolated only by channel plate, allowing the heat pass quite efficiently from one medium to the other.

2. Gasketed plate heat exchanger
Plate heat exchanger consists of a series of corrugated metal plates which have 4 holes in the corner used for two kinds of liquid passing through. The metal plates are fixed in the frame which have fixed and movable plate on both sides and tightened by stud bolts. The gaskets on the plates obstruct the liquid passage and leading liquids flowing through their own ways interactively to exchange heat. The quantity and size of the plates are determined by liquid amount, physical nature, pressure and temperature of the flow, The corrugated plate is not only improving the turbulence extent of the 110w but also forming supporting points to reduce the pressure difference among media. All plates are linked to the upper guide bar and positioned by the lower guide bar. Their ends are posed to the supporting lever. Because of high efficiency, space and energy effective, simple maintenance, etc, plate heat exchanger is highly appreciated by all industries.
