The high voltage coolant heater heats both the complete vehicle and the tram batteries. The high voltage coolant heater works by using electricity to heat the antifreeze, which is heated internally by a warm air core. The high voltage coolant heater is installed in a water-cooled circulation system and the warm air temperature is soft and controllable. The high voltage coolant heater drives the IGBT with PWM regulation to regulate the power and has a short time heat storage function. The high voltage coolant heater is environmentally friendly and a great choice for environmentalists. The PTC heater is a heater designed for new energy vehicles. The PTC heater heats the entire vehicle, provides heat to the cockpit of the new energy vehicle and meets the criteria for safe defrosting and defogging. The PTC heater can also heat other mechanisms of the vehicle that require temperature regulation (e.g. the battery). The PTC heater works by electrically heating the antifreeze so that it is heated internally by a warm air core. Application

The PTC coolant heater is designed to meet the voltage requirements of 618V, the PTC sheet is 3.5mm thick and Tc210°C to ensure good voltage resistance and durability. The internal heating core component of the product is in 4 groups and is controlled by 4 IGBTs. In order to ensure the product’s protection level IP67, the product heating core component is fitted into the lower base, where it is sealed with potting glue and potted to the upper surface of the D-tube. After assembling the other components, a gasket is used to seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure that the product is waterproof.
